The 3 in. Socket Saver Reamer is used for removing Sch. 40 PVC, CPVC, ABS, and plastic pipe from inside glued plastic fittings. The reamer fits a ½ in. drill chuck and works with a ½ in. variable speed power drill. It is a quick and easy solution to remove pipe from solvent-welded or glued fittings.
- Works with ABS and PVC pipe
- Cuts DWV pipe below the slab
- Removes sch. 40 pipe from glued fitting so new pipe may be installed
- Fits 1/2 in. drill chuck
- Great for repairs o broken drain lines or vents
- Not recommended for high pressure supply systems or vent side of gas burning applicance piping systems
